The TPS team has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of engineering disciplines ranging from the various plastic technologies through to assistance for your tool design.

TPS can provide a full design for manufacturing service, working with your design team to achieve the design you want. Utilising techniques such as MFA (Mould Flow Analysis), Injection simulation etc. Then bringing that across to the relevant part manufacturing, assembly and quality control disciplines required to achieve a part this is manufactured on a repeatable basis and is cost competitive.

The TPS engineering team uses the latest CADCAM software for 2D (e.g. DXF, DWG,) and 3D (e.g. PRT, IGES) modelling. We can help customers design and prototype complex shapes into a manufactured parts.

Your designs can then be transferred directly to our CNC tool-room facilities for mould manufacturing and/or modification, ensuring high accuracy and quick turnaround times, utilising and end-to-end capability offering.

We also review and implement the latest “outflow prevention” techniques to assist in our own and our customers’ drive for continuous improvement in reducing and eliminating waste.

  • We have been involved in machine modifications, machine design and manufacture and have provided 'Bespoke Solutions' for a wide and varied industrial market. In terms of automation we have designed and built our own 3.3V microprocessor control units based on new technologies offering an enhanced control flexibility.

  • TPS has invested heavily in terms of machinery and personnel to ensure that we are at the cutting edge of technology and manufacturing. We are continuously trialling new methods and technologies and garner a wealth of expertise from our wide and varied activities.
