About Us
TPS are a private, family owned company (formally RKT) who service and fulfil customer requirements from our manufacturing base in Co. Limerick (Ireland). We are a leading custom plastic injection moulding company and have been manufacturing and validating high precision, custom, moulded components for our OEM and Tier 1 customer base for over 20 years, with best –in-class production metrics.
Our facilities include:
- TPS (Total Plastic Solutions) - Dromcollogher Production Facility (inc. Tool Room) – 2,000 Sq Mtr – 49 people (Over 30 Production Moulding Machines ranging up to 250T)
- AMC (Abbey Moulding Co.) - Dromcollogher Facility (Automated Process Solutions, Rapid Prototype Facility(3D Printing)/ Machine design/Machine Build) – 1,200 Sq Mt – 12 people

"ENGINEERED POLYMERS"
We have developed, implemented and now use our own production management system (MaHaSy). This has been developed in line with the demands from our customers in allowing our business to effectively manage incoming volume production orders and provide components “on time” within very short lead times. Whilst Plastic Injection Moulding is our core service offering, we also specialise in tool design, tool build, tool repairs and regrinds, prototyping (3D printing) for low, medium and high volume components.
At our sister Company (AMC) we also offer our customers the service of designing and building fully automated process solutions. Our team based commitment to quality and continuous improvement has led us to invest heavily in our people, equipment and the latest manufacturing systems to help and assist our customers in de-risking their supply chain services. We improve flexibility, response times and reduce lead times by integrating our manufacturing system into our customers’ production cycle.
